Big Foot. He's elusive in the big woods of Washington State and we'd like to keep him out of Huntington Woods, as well. A house need not be big to be beautiful, functional and comfortable.

Huntington Woods is an older city with an aging infrastructure. The sanitary and storm sewers are maxing out, flooding backyards and basements and when I say flooding I mean both kinds of sewers flood. Yeah, it's gross. Building bigger footprints hinders drainage. Fortunately, our city planners are on top of this and there are strict mathematical computations that must be followed in order to have your house plans approved.

So, to the person who posted this note. Rest easy. Big Foot isn't welcome here.
